Terms of Service and Liability Waiver
Version 2026-09-14.v1
1. What Mia Auction AI does
Mia Auction AI ("we", "us") provides property auction analysis and bidding assistance. For each auction cycle we analyse the lots, prepare a report against your stated criteria, and, if you ask us to, place bids on your behalf up to the limits you authorise.
We are an analysis and bidding assistance service only. We are not estate agents, surveyors, solicitors, financial advisers or auctioneers, and nothing we provide is financial, legal or investment advice.
2. Your decisions and your responsibility
You are responsible for your own bids and purchase decisions. Every figure in our report is an estimate based on the information available to us and may be wrong. You should carry out your own due diligence, including legal packs, surveys and finance, before setting a bidding limit.
If a bid placed within your authorised limit is successful, you are the buyer and you are bound by the auction contract. You must be able to complete the purchase.
3. Bidding on your behalf
Bids are placed by an authorised human operator following your stored instructions, using your own Allsopp account and never above the ceiling you have set for that lot. We do not currently use automated bidding software.
You can change or withdraw your authority for any lot at any time before that lot goes under the hammer. Every change is recorded with a time stamp. A change made after bidding on that lot has started may not take effect.
All bidding is subject to Allsopp's own terms and conditions, the auctioneer's decisions and the common auction conditions. Where those conflict with anything here, they take priority.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mia Auction AI is not liable for auction outcomes, missed bids, bid errors, technical failures, connectivity problems, decisions of the auctioneer, errors in our analysis, or any loss, cost or damage arising from a purchase or from a failure to purchase.
Our total liability to you for any claim connected with a licence is limited to the licence fee you paid for that auction cycle. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
5. Fees
The licence fee is £49.99 per client per auction cycle, paid once in advance through Square. There are no other fees payable to us. The fee is for the report and bidding assistance; it does not buy access to raw data or any API.
6. Your Allsopp account
You must hold your own Allsopp account and be registered and approved to bid in the relevant auction. Your login details are stored in an encrypted vault and are used only by an authorised operator to bid as you have instructed. We never store your password in plain text.
7. Records
We keep a time-stamped record of your acceptance of these terms, every bidding limit you set or withdraw, and operator actions on auction day. We may rely on these records in the event of a dispute.
