We analyse every lot
Our team puts 20+ hours of private, offline analysis into each auction catalogue and hands you a finished report matched to your criteria.
Step 3
We run your proxy bid
You set a ceiling per lot. On auction day an authorised operator bids on your behalf in your own Allsopp account, never above your ceiling.
What you get
A report on every lot in the catalogue: our estimated value, estimated margin and gross yield, the risks we found, and the maximum we would pay. Lots that fit your criteria are flagged first.
What we don't sell
Raw data, API access or software. The value is the 20+ hours of private analysis we do ourselves on each auction, and the hands-on bidding help on the day.
Plain answers
- Who places the bids?
- An authorised human operator, in your own Allsopp account, following the ceiling you set for each lot. We never bid above it.
- Can I change my mind?
- Yes. You can change or withdraw your ceiling for any lot at any time before that lot goes under the hammer. Every change is recorded.
- Is my Allsopp password safe?
- It is held in an encrypted vault and never stored in plain text. Only an authorised operator can use it, and every access is logged.
- What if I win?
- You are the buyer and bound by the auction contract, exactly as if you had bid yourself. We are not liable for auction outcomes.
